Abstract:At present, the four pile guide frame of the first pile method in China can be used for pile foundation construction operations within a water depth of 30 meters. To solve the problem of wind power pile foundation construction within a water depth of 45 meters, this article designs and develops a "high-efficiency underwater guide frame for deep-sea wind power pile foundation installation". The research and development of this equipment adopted a combination of finite element method and experimental methods, and conducted comprehensive research on the guide frame from the aspects of structural strength and stability, pile driving accuracy and efficiency. Through this technological breakthrough, problems such as poor reliability and low accuracy in deep water pile driving operations within 45 meters can be effectively solved, greatly improving the speed and quality of pile foundation construction operations.
