This paper explores a leakage detection method for low-temperature cabins based on infrared imaging technology, with a focus on its adaptability in fully loaded low-temperature cabin leakage monitoring. The effectiveness of this technology was experimentally verified by detecting the temperature changes on the outer wall of the low-temperature cabin using an infrared thermal imager to identify leakage points. The results show that infrared imaging technology has the advantages of simple operation, non-contact, and intuitive results in detecting leaks in low-temperature storage tanks. It can be detected during full load without affecting normal operation, providing reliable technical support for the safe storage and transportation of low-temperature liquefied gases.
