    本文提出了一种能够有效减低船体空船重量的设计方案,并且评估了船体减重对EEDI指数的影响。基于15万吨级穿梭油轮货油舱高速透气阀压力的设计条件,通过适当地调整船板材料强度等级和结构尺寸参数等有效降低了货舱区的结构重量。同时,通过建立3舱段数值模型评估了设计船型的安全性,并进一步考察了船体重量减轻对EEDI的影响。结果表明:15万吨级穿梭油轮设计船型的空船重量对比母型船减重约1464吨;设计船型将减重空间用于增加货物载重量可将EEDI指数从3.06 g-CO2/ton.mile减小到3.03 g-CO2/ton.mile(降低了约1.0%)。本文的穿梭油轮结构减重方案与可靠性的评估方法可为同类型船舶的设计与开发提供参考。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduces a design scheme that is capable of significantly reducing the empty ship weight, and evaluates the impact of hull weight reduction on EEDI index. Based on the design conditions of the high-speed vent valve pressure of 150,000-ton shuttle tanker, the structural weight of cargo oil tank can be effectively decreased by modifying the strength level of hull plate and structural dimension parameters in this study. Also, the safety of the weight-reducing structure is confirmed by FEA. And, the effect of hull weight reduction on EEDI is analyzed. The results show that the hull structure of the 150,000-ton shuttle tanker is reduced by about 1464 tons compared with the mother ship, and EEDI index can be reduced from 3.06 g-CO2/ton.mile to 3.03 g-CO2/ton.mile by 1.0% if the weight reduction space is used to increase the cargo load capacity. The structural weight reduction scheme and reliability evaluation method of shuttle tanker in this paper can provide reference for the design of the same type ships.
