Abstract:Different from ordinary engineering projects, offshore platform projects are customized products with huge costs, complex structures and long production cycles. Any failure in the production process will bring huge losses to enterprises. At present, there are few researches on the material traceability management system of offshore platform projects. Although enterprises urgently need effective material traceability management to ensure production quality, they are stopped due to the lack of informatization level and theoretical system. This paper studies the key technology of material traceability management for offshore platform project to ensure production quality and reduce production cost. In terms of theoretical research, this article first studies the offshore project materials traceability management oriented coding technology, combining with the characteristics of offshore platform project, using RFID technology as data acquisition technology, with batch management thoughts as the instruction, according to processing phase materials traceability problem, to set up offshore project batch management model, Furthermore, the material traceability management is elaborated based on the model, which provides theoretical basis for the realization of the material traceability management of the offshore platform.
