Abstract:Abstract:In view of the noise attenuation problem in submarine heat exchanger, the structure of noise attenuation using ring rubber bag is put forward. Using the principle of fluid mechanics and acoustic finite element method to carry out numerical simulation, airbag muffler effect verification, airbag design parameters influence the law of these aspects, the ring rubber airbag structure muffler performance research. In this paper, commercial software Fluent is used to quantify the flow rate, pressure and temperature field distribution in the cavity, and Virtual Lab is used to calculate the change curve of the transfer loss with frequency. By controlling variable method, on the one hand, to verify the annular rubber balloon played an important role within the heat exchanger on noise elimination, on the other hand grasped the airbag structure design parameters (including air chamber length、Through hole diameter、Through hole ratio) the influence law of the performance of noise elimination, inside the submarine heat exchanger for noise control to provide strong support.
