Abstract:In order to study the influence of the key parameters of the propeller diameter trimming on the vibration characteristics of the propeller, a general-purpose propeller diameter trimming vibration analysis software was developed. The software uses the finite element theory, based on the QT platform combined with MATLAB and ANSYS related modules to develop through mixed programming. Based on the software, a numerical prediction of 4382 propeller modal frequencies was carried out, and compared with the results of the literature, the error was within 6%, indicating that the software program and calculation results are credible. The software provides theoretical guidance for seeking the optimal diameter trimming scheme under ship-machine-propeller matching, and reflects the actual value of this software in the calculation of propeller diameter-cutting vibration characteristics.
