    摘要:

    以某大型豪华邮轮全船结构强度分析结果为基础,选取典型的上建舷侧门窗类型,进行细化模型强度分析,并对高应力区域进行结构优化。基于LR船级社客船规范的包络值载荷法,建立全船有限元模型、质量模型,利用ShipRight软件进行全船载荷加载以及载荷调平,采用单位弯矩、单位剪力对应力结果进行修正,最终得到整船的结构响应,分析邮轮整船主要承载结构的应力分布特点。以粗网格结果为基础,针对舷侧门窗结构进行细化模型计算,获取开口结构详细的应力分布规律,在应力超规范的位置采取增设插入板的方式加强。进行结构优化后,相应的区域均满足强度要求。研究结果可为客船全船有限元计算及上层建筑舷侧门窗设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis results of the whole ship structure of a large luxury cruise ship, the typical upper-built side door and window types are selected, the strength of the fine model is analyzed, and the structure of the high-stress area is optimized. Based on the envelope value load method of the LR classification society passenger ship code, the finite element model and mass model of the whole ship are established, and the ShipRight software is used to load and level the whole ship. The unit bending moment and unit shear force are used to correct the stress results. Finally, the structural response of the whole ship is obtained, and the stress distribution characteristics of the main supporting structure of the whole cruise ship are analyzed. Based on the results of the coarse mesh, the detailed model calculation is carried out for the side door and window structure to obtain the detailed stress distribution law of the opening structure, and the method of adding insert plates is adopted to strengthen the position where the stress exceeds the specification. After structural optimization, the corresponding regions meet the strength requirements. The research results can provide a reference for the finite element calculation of the passenger ship and the design of the side windows and doors of the superstructure.
