    摘要:

    为探究岸桥撑管封板受载情况和焊缝危险位置的疲劳寿命,对65t/60m岸桥的典型载荷工况进行了分析。通过计算门框上水平撑管的疲劳载荷幅值研究了撑管封板焊缝的受载状况,应用主S-N曲线法计算了焊缝上的结构应力并分析了焊缝危险位置的疲劳寿命。结果表明,最大Von Mises应力出现在封板与节点板端部角焊缝的焊趾上;封板焊缝危险部位的疲劳寿命无法满足岸桥安全服役30年的要求。

    Abstract:

    ?In order to explore the loading conditions and the fatigue life of dangerous weld area of STS Cranes’ bracing tube sealing plate, typical load cases of the 65t/60m STS crane has been analyzed . The loading condition of bracing tube sealing plate weld has been studied through calculating the fatigue load amplitude of the horizontal bracing tube on the door frame. Main S-N curve method has been applied to calculate the weld structural stress, and the fatigue life of dangerous position has been analyzed.The results show that the maximum Von Mises stress appears at the end of sealing plate and node board of fillet weld toe. The weld fatigue life of the dangerous parts on sealing plate cannot meet the safety requirements of STS Cranes’ 30 years service life.
