    针对公司99000立方米超大型乙烷运输船5Ni钢B型舱建造过程中,原5Ni钢焊条焊接前需对钢板进行预热、生产效率相对较低的情况,对OK 92.55、NI-C70S等可用于5Ni钢焊接的焊条进行了化学成分、力学性能、FISCO抗裂性、焊接工艺等试验研究,焊条本身化学成分、力学性能均满足规范要求,且抗裂性能优秀。同时,当焊接参数在合理范围内,OK 92.55、NI-C70S焊条均可在免预热钢板的情况下满足5Ni钢焊接接头的性能要求,OK 92.55、NI-C70S焊条均可用于实船建造。

    Abstract:

    During the construction of 5Ni steel for type B tank of 99000m3 Very Large Ethane Carrier, When using the original electrodes, the 5Ni steel plate need to be preheated before welding, and resulted the lower productivity. In this paper, the chemical composition, mechanical properties, FISCO crack resistance and welding procedure of OK92.55 and NI-C70S alternative electrodes are tested. The chemical composition, mechanical properties of OK92.55 and NI-C70S electrodes meet the requirements and both of OK92.55 and NI-C70S electrodes have good crack resistance. When the welding parameters are within a reasonable range, both of OK92.55 and NI-C70S electrodes can meet the performance requirements of steel plate welded joints without preheating the steel, OK92.55 and NI-C70S electrodes can be used for ship construction.
