    该文详细介绍了国内首次设计并研制的,在极寒地区能够正常开关门使用的大型倒T型坞门,从设备自身要求及工况方面阐述了设计思路。 本文所述倒T型坞门为我国第一次设计和研制的、用于极寒地区的倒T型坞门,具有首创性,对我国今后类似设备产品设计研制具有极大参考价值。 以往文献均未述及坞门能够在低温环境下运作,实际上在寒冷地区的冬季,坞门也因为水域结冰而无法开关,只能处于静止挡水状态。该倒T型坞门上配备的各类防冰系统,均为我国船坞下水设备上首次设计并使用,可满足不同环境温度下的防冰要求,使得坞门在结冰期可正常使用。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduces in detail a large inverted T type dock gate which is designed and developed for the first time in China. The inverted T type dock gate can be used normally in the extremely cold area. This paper expounds the design idea from the aspects of equipment requirements and working conditions. The inverted T type dock gate described in this paper is the first inverted T type dock gate designed and developed in China, which is used in extremely cold areas. It is an initiative and has great reference value for the design and development of similar equipment products in China in the future. It has not been mentioned in previous literatures that the dock gate can be operated in low temperature environment. In fact, in winter of cold regions, the dock gate can only be in a static water retaining state because the water is frozen. All kinds of anti-icing systems equipped with the inverted T type dock gate are designed and used for the first time, which can meet the anti-icing requirements under different ambient temperatures and make the dock gate can be used normally in the freezing period.
