    摘要:

    极地探险邮轮下水后,需要拖轮通过顶推的方式将邮轮移动至码头边上。由于邮轮结构极为薄弱,需要校核顶推时的结构强度,为分析邮轮舷侧结构在顶推力作用下的结构强度,首先基于有限元仿真方法,计算了舷侧艉部顶推力作用下的结构应力。其次,通过简化梁系计算,分别计算一跨、三跨、五跨下目标梁的应力,通过对比分析可得:梁系计算考虑的梁的跨数越多,计算出的X向正应力值越低,且当梁的跨数达到五跨时,梁系计算结果与有限元计算值仅2%的差距。因此,在顶推计算中,可通过建立五跨的梁系模型替代有限元计算,快速得出结果并保证一定的计算精度。

    Abstract:

    When the polar adventure ship is launched, tugs are used to push the ship up to the dock. Because the cruise ship structure is very weak, it is necessary to check the structural strength of the pushing. In order to analyze the structural strength of the cruise ship side structure under the action of the jacking force, the structural stress of the side stern under the action of the jacking force is calculated based on the finite element simulation method. Secondly, the stress of the target beam under one span, three spans and five spans is calculated by simplifying the calculation of the beam system. Through comparative analysis, it can be concluded that the more spans considered in the calculation of the beam system, the lower the normal stress value in the X direction is. When the span of the beam system reaches five spans, the difference between the calculated results of the beam system and the finite element calculation value is only 2%. Therefore, in the pushing calculation, a five-span beam model can be established instead of finite element calculation to obtain the results quickly and ensure a certain calculation accuracy.
