    摘要:

    针对船舶建造焊缝检测中的原始数据缺乏,检测数据集中管理困难,检测结果无法溯源的问题,结合当前船舶建造焊缝的主要检测方式,采用云架构技术,设计研发了船舶建造焊缝检测管理系统。船舶建造焊缝检测管理系统利用先进的云架构技术,能够支持多用户同时在线协同工作,体现了先进造船企业的数字化管理方式,缩短了建造的检测报验周期,减少了质量检验工时,降低了质量检验的管理成本,提高了船舶焊缝检测能力。船舶建造焊缝检测管理系统能够提高造船企业的竞争力,推动造船企业数字化转型升级。

    Abstract:

    In view of the lack of original data in ship construction welding detection, the difficulty of centralized management of detection data and the inability to trace the source of detection results, combined with the current main detection methods of ship construction welding, the architecture of ship construction welding detection management system is designed by using cloud architecture technology. Using advanced cloud architecture technology, the ship construction welding detection management system can support multiple users to work together online at the same time。The system can reflect the digital management mode of advanced shipbuilding yard, shorten the detection application cycle of construction, reduce the hours of welding detection and management cost of welding detection, and improve the ship welding detection ability and the competitiveness of shipbuilding yard. It has played a positive role in improving the competitiveness of shipbuilding yard and promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding yard.
