Abstract:Luxury cruise ships are known as the crown jewel of the world shipbuilding industry, and the construction process is quite complex. In order to avoid subsequent rework caused by construction quality problems, construction quality needs to be controlled during the construction process, and a suitable construction quality evaluation system can objectively reflect the construction quality and provide standards for quality control. The structure and mathematical model of the cruise ship construction quality evaluation system are established, and the weights of each part can be determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process or Delphi method. The uncertainty of the system is studied by using Monte Carlo method, and the results show that the system has good robustness. Shipyards should combine the actual situation when using this system, and should especially pay attention to the weight of the interior quality.
