In order to discuss the post-evaluation of shipbuilding projects and post-evaluation report compilation methods, the development process of post-evaluation of investment projects in my country is first introduced. Then, combined with the Jilin Yalu River type milling dredger construction project, the post-evaluation technical route and evaluation content of the ship construction project were analyzed. And it discussed several problems in the post-evaluation process and their solutions, finally, gave conclusions and suggestions. The experience and ideas introduced in the article can provide references for relevant personnel to conduct theoretical research on post-evaluation of shipbuilding projects and to prepare post-evaluation reports.
