    摘要:

    以某国内首制火车滚装船项目为例,对火车舱水喷淋系统进行设计与布置优化。从原理、分区、备用/冗余、智能遥控、喷头布置、分区总管布置等设计方面详细介绍该优化方案。通过与基础设计的火车舱水喷淋系统作比较,优化方案具有减少泵组数量,优化泵组参数,解决相邻区域喷淋盲区问题,减少管材耗量,大大减少现场施工量等多方面优势。经实船试验后,优化方案功能合理可行,为今后可能的后续船或类似船型的火车舱水喷淋系统设计/建造提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taken a domestic first newly-built rail car roro carrier as an example, the design and arrangement optimization scheme of roro space water spraying system is implemented. The optimization scheme is introduced in detail from the design aspects of principle, division zone, standby/ redundancy, intelligent remote control, nozzle arrangement and partition main pipe arrangement, etc. By comparison with the design scheme of the basic designed roro space water spraying system, the optimization scheme possesses many advantages, such as reducing the number of pumps, optimizing pump parameters, solving the problem of the blind area of spraying in the adjacent area, reducing the consumption of pipe, greatly reducing the amount of construction. The function of optimization scheme is reasonable and feasible with the real ship test, and it can provide valuable reference for the design/construction of the roro space water spraying system for future ships or similar ships.
