    摘要:

    为改善当前船厂车间二维作业指导方式的种种弊端,本文基于MBD技术进行三维作业指导研究。首先,基于MBD技术的定义,提出分段MBD数据集的分类、组织结构和总体应用框架;总结MBD模型的具体内容。其次,基于P-MBD模型,提出船舶分段的装配仿真流程。最后,基于VRML技术,轻量化MBD模型;并开发软件实现三维作业指导功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to get rid of the shortcomings of the current 2D work guidance method in the shipyard workshop, 3D work guidance technology for hull assembly based on MBD is researched. First, based on the definition of MBD technology, the classification, organizational structure and overall application framework of block MBD data sets are proposed; the contents of the D-MBD model and P-MBD model are summarized. Secondly, based on the P- MBD model, the process of block virtual assembly simulation and expression forms of simulation craft model are proposed. Finally, the MBD model is lightened based on VRML technology; and 3D construction guidance software is developed.
