    摘要:

    在舱室绝缘建模过程中,应用AM原生建模功能,操作繁琐效率较低,建模结果不够理想。为提升三维环境下舱室绝缘的建模效率,提出舱室曲面绝缘以及型材绝缘快速建模的二次开发方法,基于Aveva Marine平台,运用可编程宏语言PML进行二次开发,通过拾取模型计算出三维坐标点,简化重复性建模工作和操作流程,实现绝缘快速建模,方便设计人员使用。最后通过开发的绝缘快速建模功能与原生建模功能的对比,验证了二次开发的高效性。

    Abstract:

    In the process of cabin insulation modeling, the application of AM native modeling function is cumbersome and inefficient, and the modeling results are not ideal. In order to improve the modeling efficiency of cabin insulation in three-dimensional environment, a secondary development method for cabin curved surface insulation and profile insulation rapid modeling was proposed. Based on Aveva Marine platform, PML a programmable macro language was used for secondary development. The three-dimensional coordinate points are calculated by picking up the model, which simplified the repetitive modeling work and operation process, and realized rapid insulation modeling for the convenience of designers. Finally, the high efficiency of the secondary development is verified by comparing the developed insulation fast modeling function with the original modeling function.
