    摘要:

    在船舶制造中,对于技术成熟度的评估意识薄弱且缺少信息化的手段。通过确定评估指标,设定权重,由系统自动算出成熟度的得分和等级,可从总体设计、建造工艺、船厂建造资源能力、船舶研制定型后等方面进行评估。从而,避免损失,减少返工带来的时间成本、人力成本,提高船舶制造技术成熟度评估的科学性、准确性、可靠性、灵活性以及评估效率。

    Abstract:

    In shipbuilding, the assessment of technological maturity is weak and lacks informational means. By determining the evaluation indicators and setting the weights, the system automatically calculates the maturity score and level, which can be evaluated in terms of overall design, construction technology, shipyard construction resource capacity, and ship development and finalization. In this way, losses can be avoided, time cost and labor cost caused by rework can be reduced, and the scientificity, accuracy, reliability, flexibility and evaluation efficiency of shipbuilding technology maturity evaluation can be improved.
